Lead Onboarding
To implement an end to end Lead Onboarding process in Salesforce.com that mirrors the Business process of VFMLeonardo Inc. with respect to introduction and routing of new Leads
After detailed and collaborative discussions, it was ascertained that the Salesforce.com Organization of VFMLeonardo will have to be customized by adding several Workflows, Triggers and Assignment rules to map the required Lead Onboarding process and improve productivity. During the course of the implementation Trekbin also suggested a set of generic modifications that would enable Administrators at VFMLeonardo to control access to the process and get rid of any extra work required when employees assigned to a particular stage of the process change. These changes were approved and incorporated in the same release. A detailed process chart describing the various facets implemented was then drawn and the implementation was completed on time
Sales and Marketing department in VFMLeonardo can now focus on doing what brings in revenue, instead of worrying about routing and maintenance of incoming Leads

Administrators at VFMLeonardo can now create a slew of Analytics around the process and measure efficiency of the process, thereby, helping them plan for future enhancements and similar Productivity add-ons
